THE MISHKIN GROUP SPORTS MARKETING HIRED TO PROMOTE, MARKET MCGILL-TOOLEN FOOTBALL GAME
MOBILE, Ala. (July 12, 2010) – The Mishkin Group Sports Marketing (TMG) has been hired by McGill-Toolen Catholic High School to promote and market a preseason kickoff game between the Yellow Jackets and Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport, LA) on Aug. 21.
Evangel Christian is nationally recognized as one of the top HS programs in the nation and have won the Louisiana state title 12 of the last 16 years including last year (2009). Evangel posted an impressive 14-1 mark for the 2009 season and return several starters.
“We are excited about the opportunity to work with McGill,” said Brian Mishkin, Vice President of The Mishkin Group Sports Marketing. “This is an important game and event for both the McGill football program as well as the institution itself. And with the game being broadcasted across the Southeast, this should create a nice footprint for the Yellow Jackets.”
The game will be broadcasted live on Comcast Sports Southeast (CSS) to approximately seven million households in 11 states. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.
There will also be a several community-oriented events before the game as well.
